Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Hezico ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through hezico.com and its subdomains, including services.hezico.com (together, the "Sites"). Where a specific product provides its own privacy terms, those terms apply to that product in addition to this policy.

What we collect

The Sites do not require accounts and do not ask you to submit personal information to browse them. We collect:

• Information you send us directly — if you email us or book a call, we receive the details you provide (such as your name, email address, and anything you include in your message or booking).
• Standard technical logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used for security and operating the Sites.
• Aggregate usage counts — some pages record anonymous, aggregate counters (for example, article read counts). These are not linked to you.

Cookies and third-party services

The Sites do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Some functionality is provided by third parties that may process technical data when you use it:

• Calendly — call booking, governed by Calendly's own privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — web font delivery, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers.
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery for the Sites.

How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and hold the calls you book with us.
• To provide, secure, and improve the Sites.
• To carry out client engagements, where governed by a separate agreement.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed above, or where required by law.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as it is relevant to an actual or potential engagement, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes to how we handle personal information will be reflected here before they take effect.
