These terms govern your use of hezico.com and its subdomains, including services.hezico.com (together, the "Sites"), operated by Hezico. By using the Sites you accept these terms.

Use of the Sites

The Sites and their content are provided for general information about Hezico and our work. You may browse, link to, and share the content. You may not misuse the Sites — including attempting to disrupt them, probe them for vulnerabilities without permission, or use automated tools in a way that degrades them for others.

Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content on the Sites — text, articles, designs, and imagery — belongs to Hezico. You may quote from and link to our articles with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of our content commercially without our permission.

No professional advice

Articles and other content on the Sites are provided for general information. They describe approaches that worked in specific contexts and are not professional advice for your situation. Decisions you make based on our content are your own responsibility.

Client engagements

Consulting and development work we perform for clients is governed by separate written agreements (such as a statement of work or master services agreement). If there is any conflict between those agreements and these terms, the separate agreement prevails for that engagement.

Third-party links and services

The Sites link to third-party services (for example, Calendly for booking calls). Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimer and liability

The Sites are provided "as is". We work to keep the content accurate and the Sites available, but we make no warranties that either will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hezico is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Sites. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
